2025 How it began
Our First Workshop
Since 2009, we’ve been leading unforgettable theatre tours to London. In 2025, we added something new — a 3-hour workshop with West End professionals to give our travellers an inside look at what it really takes to perform on the world’s biggest stage. It was a hit! From students to seasoned theatre-goers, everyone enjoyed the interaction, the movement work, and the chance to spend time learning directly from London’s theatre community.
Highlights included:
-
Movement & Vocal Training with Scott Howland, UK performer and founder of his own London theatre company.
-
West End Q&A with Paulo Teixeira, newly promoted Dance Captain for Hamilton — who we later saw onstage that same week!
-
Hands-on training at the beautiful Danceworks Studios in central London.
(Note: Workshop leaders change from year to year, ensuring each tour is a fresh and exciting experience.)
Who we work with
About Sara Poyzer & West End Workshop
Sara Poyzer is a celebrated West End star, best known for her acclaimed performances as Donna Sheridan in Mamma Mia! both in London’s West End and on tour, as well as Capt. Beverley Bass in the UK tour of Come From Away, among many other notable roles. Beyond the stage, Sara is the founder and director of West End Workshop, a company dedicated to creating custom, in-depth theatre workshops for aspiring performers. With strong connections to actors and theatre makers across the West End, she offers unparalleled insight and access to the world of professional theatre.
Sara’s connections and friendships allow her to bring in the very best West End talent to lead workshops designed specifically around our requests. Participants who register by October 31 will have the exciting opportunity to help shape the nature and topics of the sessions.
Possible areas of focus include:
-
Acting
-
Voice
-
Movement
-
Stage Combat
-
Text Analysis
-
Scene Study
-
Breath Work
…and more. Together, we’ll build a week of intensive theatre development tailored to the group.
Fun Fact: When we were in London in March 2025, Sara had just booked work on Coronation Street — a great reminder that we are working with performers of the highest calibre.
What it will look like
The Performers Track – March 2026 Tour
Dates: March 14–22, 2026
Workshops: March 16–20 (5 days, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
The Performers Track will be a special highlight of our March 2026 Theatre Tour.
Each morning, participants will take part in a three-hour workshop led by West End professionals. Some sessions will be devoted entirely to one topic, while others will be divided into two focused areas. Travellers who register before October 31 will have the unique opportunity to help shape the topics we cover.
We aim to accommodate both musical and non-musical performers, ensuring there is something for everyone.
Outside of workshop hours, your trip will be filled with backstage tours, theatre-focused sites, and world-class shows. Whenever possible, we will also include performances featuring our workshop leaders.

Workshop Value & Pricing
This level of workshop doesn’t come cheap — but think about what you’re getting.
Our goal is to give you quality time with some of the best theatre practitioners in the world. We’ve designed the workshops for a group of just 8 – 15 participants, ensuring personal attention and hands-on training. The cost works out to just under $1,000 per person for the full week of workshops — that’s less than $200 a day to learn directly from West End professionals dedicated to helping you hone your craft.
